Just got back home after a very hot and unpleasant drive back from Oxfordshire, during which I seemed to encounter every toss-wit driver in the Thames valley :/

I'll be at the Northernfurs meet tomorrow (and will be staying in Manchester through Sunday*), which will be my first non-London furmeet. I hope to have lots of fun and I daresay that I'll see some of you there :)

*I have Monday off too, but it will be mostly spent not doing very much at all at home...

Just got home after a leisurely drive back from Nottinghamshire where I spent a wonderful couple of days with some wonderful people. Thanks for making my time away such fun, everyone. I really needed a break from the norm, which I certainly got :)

In a short while, I'm off to Nottinghamshire for a couple of days, in order to attend a mini-meet tomorrow, amongst other things. I'm also hoping to visit the big Volvo dismantlers in Derbyshire (8 miles from where I'm staying) where I hope to get all the parts that I need to replace on The Volvo, thus making it nicer to look at and sit in ( Read more... )
